  • Sport Scientist-Swimming Coach & Clinical Exercise Specialist

    Rallou Chydirioti is an experienced Physical Education teacher, Swimming Coach, and Clinical Exercise Specialist holding a master’s degree in “Exercise and Health: physical evaluation and exericse prescription”

    Her academic background is exclusively focused on Sport Science and Therapeutic Exercise. She was rewarded a 3-year scholarship from the PE and Sports Department at the University of Thessaly for her bachelor’s degree. Subsequently, her postgraduate studies were centered on water-based physical rehabilitation, during which she presented her research and findings at academic conferences in Greece, Germany, and Slovenia. As part of her expertise in aquatic therapy, she also holds the ''Halliwick'' certificate of the International Halliwick Association, which focuses on therapeutic swimming.

    Professionally, she has instructed sports and swimming to children of varying ages and competitive athletes. With experience in Greece and Switzerland, she has served as an aqua rehabilitation therapist and clinical exercise specialist, aiding individuals with significant musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and neurological diseases. Her extensive work with individuals with severe disabilities and developmental challenges underscores the importance of holistic care, emphasizing both emotional care and physical support.

    Presently, she is engaged as a swimming coach for the competitive team of the ‘‘Bremgarten Schwimmen Club’’ in Switzerland, while also serving as a scientific associate specializing in sports rehabilitation at ‘‘Swimmersparents’’ in Greece.
