Post-natal online exercise
After childbirth, many women face musculoskeletal issues, especially lower back and neck pain, often caused by poor posture during breastfeeding and baby care. The Postnatal group exercise program targets these issues by incorporating pelvic stabilization exercises and restoring the rectus abdominis and pelvic floor. It also includes strengthening exercises for the limbs and core, as well as posture correction techniques to help mothers position their bodies properly, aiming to prevent injuries from poor posture.
